Collaborated with Place2live Ltd, involved as Architectural Designer from concept design through to the completion of construction. 

A traditional London Victorian/Edwardian end-of-terrace house located within the St Peter’s Conservation Area. The property had previously been divided into two self-contained apartments and was refurbished while retaining the two-apartment arrangement.

The existing staircase was reconstructed to improve circulation and access throughout the property. At the rear, an existing basement area with limited head height was further excavated to achieve the required height, creating additional space for a bedroom and bathroom for one of the apartments.

The refurbishment carefully considered the character of the existing period property while improving its layout, functionality, use of space and access to natural light.
