Collaborated with Place2live Ltd, involved as Architectural Designer from concept design through to the completion of construction.

A traditional late-Victorian/Edwardian public house, comprising a ground-floor bar and cellar, with a six-bedroom apartment occupying the upper floors.

The project involved the conversion and refurbishment of the former public house into seven self-contained apartments, including the conversion of the existing basement and the addition of a mansard level. The scheme sought to make efficient use of the existing building while retaining and enhancing its distinctive architectural character and street frontage.

The redevelopment provided a new residential use for the former public house, creating a range of contemporary apartments within the existing building and its extended roof space.
