Collaborated with Place2live Ltd, involved as Architectural Designer from concept design through to the completion of construction.

A Victorian late-19th-century end-of-terrace house in London, situated within a designated conservation area. The project aimed to improve the layout, functionality and overall accommodation of the existing home through a series of sensitive interventions.

The proposal included a rear lower-ground-floor kitchen extension with a walk-on glass rooflight, bringing additional daylight into the kitchen while creating a new first-floor balcony overlooking the garden.

The existing external WC was removed and relocated beneath the staircase, making more efficient use of the internal space. At roof level, a mansard conversion provided a new bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, increasing the home's accommodation while respecting the character of the Victorian terrace and its conservation-area setting.
