A semi-detached house built between 1967 and 1975. The client wanted to improve the house entrance, convert the existing garage area into a space for recreation and study, and provide a new ground floor bathroom.

The front extension respects the existing character and finishes of the house, while introducing more natural light to the entrance and the new corridor created in front of the converted garage area. The reconfigured ground floor provides the client with the requested recreation and study space, together with a new bathroom.
